We are licensed, insured, bonded, and carry workman's comp as well. Our owner has been building homes in the North Idaho area for about 20 years, 10 years of that owning his own company. We have completed numerous projects ranging from small renovations to large custom home builds. We offer a wide range of construction services including design, project management, and construction. We offer all aspects of fine home building. (framing, siding, hardscaping, excavation, foundation install, land clearing, septic system install including complex systems, decks, fencing, and much more just ask!) Our team of experts will work with you from the initial design phase to the final construction to ensure that your project is completed on time and within budget. We keep most aspects of construction "in-House" which means you deal with us as the general contractors, we do all the work, and you won't have to chase down 4 different contractors to get your answer. We also use the same group of subcontractors on every project to ensure quality. Customers love that aspect of our business!
